DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS.

 

Deposit & Payment ​A Non-Refundable.  Deposit is required to reserve your characters date and time. Deposit can be paid by Paypal, cash or check. Balance due must be paid in Cash or credit card on the same day of your party!

We understand unforseen circumstances and cancellation of a party may be required. We will gladly reschedule your event at once. A booking fee of $25 to reschedule will be charged after a second date has been cancelled.

Rescheduling of any event must be made within 90 days of the initial event date.

Please note that it is NOT our intention to violate any copyright or trademark laws. The characters offered are NOT to be mistaken for licensed characters. Our characters are not affiliated, licensed or associated with any corporation or trademark and we make no attempt to market them as such. Any resemblance to licensed or copyrighted characters is purely incidental and unintentional***

We will offer complete DEAL for you to host the perfect party, make your event exactly how you want it!
We will provide background props, theme decor, tables and chairs.
We will Rock Your Party!!! and bring stories, songs, and characters to life.

We are fully customizing the shows with music for each character.
We will plan your event from A-Z, and give the best party in town.

Fairy Castle Policy

ALCOHOL

NO alcohol is allowed inside or outside of our facility!

YOU SHOULD EXPECT TO: 

- You can arrive 30 min early at your scheduled start time. We do not allow early drop off or set up!

 

- All your guests must arrive at your scheduled start time!  if you're planning to invite your guest earlier  than your scheduled start time, extra time fee will apply ($50.00 each 30 min) 

 

- 4 hours party includes: 

First 30 min time for your guests to arrive

3 hours of entertainment including 30 min of tea party and cutting of the cake)

Last 30 min of your party time to clean up your stuff and get ready 

FEE WILL APPLY after your scheduled end time ($50.00 each additional 30 min)

 

- 3 hours party includes: 

First 30 min time for your guests to arrive

2 hours of entertainment including 30 min of tea party and cutting of the cake)

Last 30 min of your party time to clean up your stuff and get ready 

FEE WILL APPLY after your scheduled end time ($50.00 each additional 30 min)

 

- 2 hours party includes: 

First 30 min time for your guests to arrive

1 hour of entertainment including 30 min of tea party and cutting of the cake)

Last 30 min of your party time to clean up your stuff and get ready 

FEE WILL APPLY after your scheduled end time ($50.00 each additional 30 min)

 

-The host will be held liable for any damages made to the facility, toys or any items. Damage Fee will be assessed.

 

- You are welcome to bring your own cake and purchased or catered food for the party or order from                  preferred restaurants 

- We do not provide plates, napkins, cups and utensils for adults 

 

- The FAIRY CASTLE is not responsible for any personal injuries which occur during a party, or for lost or stolen items.  All parents and guardian must sign a WAIVER for their children

   DAYS & TIMES TO CELEBRATE

 

-Mon-Thur: Call for avail  options

- Fridays: 6:00 PM

- Saturdays: 11:00 AM ( up to 3 hours package)  or 4:30 PM ( up to 5 hours package) 

- Maximum 30 kids and 40 adults

EXTRA FEES

 

- 10% characters gratuity will be added for parties of 10 or more guests

- 10% of tax will be added if you will pay with credit card 

- All toddlers (1-3 years of age) must be accompanied by a supervising adult. Caregivers are responsible for their child/children AT ALL TIMES.

 

- No peanut products allowed. 

 

- No food or drinks are allowed in the play area. Please keep food and drinks in the designated area only.

KIDS MUST EAT ONLY in the eating area! Damage cleaning Fee will be assessed (including carpet area)

 

- You Can not use any outside vendors!

 

- Free Parking is available

PLEASE NOTE that it is not our intention to violate copyright laws, so we attempt to make our characters different from nationally known, copyrighted characters using uniquely designed costumes, accessories, designs, and character names of our own creation. Any resemblances to nationally known, copyrighted characters is strictly incidental and unintentional. If you have any questions regarding this issue, we encourage you to contact us. Should you have the need for a licensed, copyrighted character at your event, we encourage you to contact the company/copyright holders for your specific desired character. In addition, we will only accept bookings from individuals who are aware that we DO NOT represent any licensed character.
