DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

Deposit & Payment ​A Non-Refundable  Deposit is required to reserve your character appearance. Deposit can be paid by Paypal. Balance due must be paid in Cash before the character performs. Entertainers do not always have change, so please try to have the exact amount due at the time of payment. We understand unforseen circumstances and cancellation of a party may be required. We will gladly reschedule your event once. A booking fee of $25 to reschedule will be charged after a second date has been cancelled. Rescheduling of any event must be made within 60 days of the initial event date.

If event will be cancel from our side, Fairy Castle  will provide you with a full refund.

 

OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT

-Parties and events can be held outdoors according to certain weather conditions. If the temperature exceeds 80 degrees, the event must be held indoors. NOTE: Our performers wear heavy costumes, wigs, and suits, so they can quickly overheat. Please organize your party in the shade or under a gazebo/tent.

 

-Princess characters visits must take place indoors for the safety of our costumes! 

 The area indoor being use must be clean!

 However, certain princesses can perform outdoor: (Merida, and Moana)

 

-In the event of rain, snow, or extremely stormy weather, the party must be held indoors.

 When planning an outdoor party, we recommend you have an “indoor” backup plan. This will eliminate  the possibility of having to reschedule your event. Thank you for your cooperation.

Please note that it is NOT our intention to violate any copyright or trademark laws. The characters offered are NOT to be mistaken for licensed characters. Our characters are not affiliated, licensed or associated with any corporation or trademark and we make no attempt to market them as such. Any resemblance to licensed or copyrighted characters is purely incidental and unintentional***

    EXTRA FEE & TRAVEL

    We provide service in all Chicago Area and Chicago  Suburbs.

    However we do charge extra fee for travel more then 25 miles

+ $10.00 travel fee over 25 miles, $25.00  over 35 miles, and  $50.00  over 50 miles.

 

  SERVICE & LOCATION

 Currently in Rolling Meadows IL, we offer party venues at the Fairy Castle 

 We also provide our services in Chicago area, and Chicago Suburbs to offer character appearances.

SHOULD I TIP MY CHARACTER?

*While our characters certainly do not expect a tip, it is always appreciated. Our performers work hard to provide you high and birthday party entertainment. If you would like to give your performer a tip,

please pay them directly.

 

*10% hostess gratuity will be added for parties of 10 or more guests at Fairy Castle Location

 

 

We also welcome your phone calls and/or emails after the event and look forward to any feedback you would like to share with us.

FAQ

-Fairy castle entertainment does warn our customers about “exposure to hot and humid weather.”
 For this reason, there are strict rules about how long characters' sets can last. Indoors, fur  characters  (MASCOTS) perform for 30 to 60 minutes. Outside, set lengths depend on the heat index.  If it’s under 70°F, performers working about 30 minutes. If the heat reaches 70°F or higher,  characters can work only indoor.

SPACE

Our parties require lots of room to dance and play games. Superheroes, Bubble Show  parties need to be at least a 25'x 25' open space
