DEPOSIT

A Non-Refundable $50.00-$100.00 Deposit is required to reserve your character appearance. Deposit can be paid by  Paypal. Balance due must be paid in Cash before the character performs. Entertainers do not always have change, so please try to have the exact amount due at the time of payment.​

EXTRA FEE

+ $10.00 travel fee over 25 miles, $25.00  over 35 miles, and  $50.00  over 50 miles

+ $5.00 for each holiday goody bags

POLICY

* If venue requires payment for parking, customer is responsible for charge.

* Remaining balance is due by the day of the event. Payment must be made PRIOR to the performance or your     character will not perform.

* We accept payment cash Only. NO CHECKS!

* We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any visit due to severe weather conditions. (deposit will be       reimbursed if the visit is cancelled)

* We can't predict weather conditions or big traffic therefore there is an possibility that characters can be late,    They will keep you informed during what time they will come by your location!

 *We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for parties scheduled on holidays, December 24th and 25th, December 31st and 1st
