Deposit
A Non-Refundable $100.00 Deposit is required to reserve your character appearance. The deposit can be paid by Paypal. Balance due must be paid in Cash before the character performs. Entertainers do not always have change, so please try to have the exact amount due at the time of payment.

EXTRA FEE
+ $10.00 travel fee over 25 miles, $25.00 over 35 miles, $50.00 over 50 miles , and $100.00 over 60 miles
*If venue requires payment for parking, the customer is responsible for the charge.
*Remaining balance is due on the day of the event. Payment must be made PRIOR to the performance or your character will not perform.
*We accept payment through PayPal or cash.

*We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any visit due to severe weather conditions. (deposit will be reimbursed if the visit is canceled)
*We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for parties scheduled on holidays.
Fairy castle entertainment does warn our customers about “exposure to hot and humid weather.”
For this reason, there are strict rules about how long characters' sets can last. Indoors, fur characters perform for 30 to 60 minutes. Outside, set lengths depend on the heat index. If it’s under 80°F, performers working about 30 minutes. If the heat reaches 80°F or higher, characters can work only indoor.

Weather condition
Performance Intermission Please be considerate of the weather condition. If you've hired a character to make an appearances outside please provide a shaded area to perform. In extremely hot weather for our 1 hour or longer character appearanes we will have an intermission of 10 minutes, during this time they will get a drink of water and remove their head for some air. These 10 minutes are NOT considered part of the allotted time you've purchased. You will receive your full time.
